Processing Time

• Processing times may extend during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Clutch Performance Truck Driving Academy is not responsible for carrier delays.

• If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

No Refunds

• All sales are final. Clutch Performance Truck Driving Academy does not offer refunds for any products. Exchanges / Corrections

While we do not issue refunds or accept returns, we will assist in the following situations:

• If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos and your order number. If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier.
